Dylan rolled his eyes when she said that her love life was nonexistent. He knew a few guys who thought she was attractive, hell, even he thought she wasn’t bad looking and if they weren’t friends he might’ve sparked an interest. “Which I don’t really understand why it is…” He said as he waded into the water, the coolness taking over his body once it reached his bare chest.
Autumn laughed as he said hed idnt understand “Im more of the kinda girl that guys just want to be friends with, I mean the football coaches daughter no one wants that drama” She said before diving into the water letting it rush over her hair and come up, smiling over at him sweetly.

Colton chuckled at her claiming that she would hurt him, an eye roll coming soon after. “Yeah well thanks, but you give me far too much credit,” he said humbly knowing very well that he could get any girl that he wanted. When he felt her splash him, he faked her out by thinking that he was going to do the same thing, but holding back, deciding that a surprise would be better. “What about your boys?”
Autumn flinched bringing her hands up in defense as if it would stop the water putting them down as he asked the question “Boys”she said laughing and shaking her head “My love life is non existent, you should know that” She said to him before going out deeper in the water feeling it splash against her “Come on, it feels nice” she said looking over her should at the taller boy.

Colton’s own eyes went down Autumn’s body as she shed her clothes, though he looked back to the water before she could see him, probably thinking that it would be creepy. “Wavy is always a good change I suppose. I wouldn’t really know though,” he ran a hand through his short hair. As the two walked, he caught a glance down at her. “He’s not. I haven’t had a girlfriend here in San Diego, you know that,” he nudged her slightly.
Autumn chuckled as he nudged her and ragained her balance as her toes hit the water “You better not have, Id kick your ass for not telling me” she said grinning before looking over again “I bet theres plenty of girls who want you, I mean one look at you” she said using a hand gesture towards his body “And two, you’re a sweetheart so why wouldnt they?” She asked curiously. Autumn bit her lip before playfully kicking water towards him sticking her tongue out afterwards

“Yeah the same back east,” he replied to her rock comment. Colton turned to look at Autumn and rolled his eyes when he heard her say something about her hair, not getting girls in that respect. “Your hair looks fine,” he said while standing up and stripping his shirt off, throwing it down onto the towel.
Autumn chuckled lightly as his eyes rolled autumn looked over at Colton subconsciously gulping down the saliva that had formed in her mouth after watching colton pull of his shirt before she pulled off her shirt exposing the bikini top and her toned stomach “Oh no, i just like how it makes my hair all wavy” She admitted as she wiggled out of the shorts she was wearing before walking down towards the beach taking her time feeling the small grains of sand between her toes “So, Catch me up, how’s colton doing with the ladies?” she asked looking over at him

Autumn put her hand up into his as they walked finding a comfortable spot on the beach and laid out her towel and shrugged” I was worried that we wouldn’t ever be less than busy so wed get a chance to hang out but I waa proven wrong” she said sweetly before looking over…Autumn nodded in agreement to his statement” the beaches in washington have a lot of stones on them rather than sand” she said chuckling lightly” and normally its not warm” she said looking over at him for a moment admiring the way his eyes shined as he looked out at the ocean admiring the waves. She bit her lip lightly before pushing her attention to the waves as well” what do you say to a swim? The waves look nice and its hot enough for it” she said glancing over at him” and I love what salt water does to my hair” she said chuckling lightly as she stood up putting her hand out to Colton

Colton’s heart skipped a beat when she said that she was hanging out with family, letting it go after no more than a few seconds. “I’m looking forward to coming and cheering you on,” he said seriously, stealing a glance at her. “I’m kind of glad that basketball’s over. I was getting far too tired quickly and not having enough time to hang out with people. Exhibit A,” he pointed between the two of them.

Colton laughed lightly, following her to the truck and hoisting himself in once they were close enough. “Well my life’s been pretty normal. Sierra and Collin are together now…which is weird,” he stopped to pause for a second to put on his seat belt. “It’s weird to have my two best friends together and I’m not going to lie, it’s weird to see her with another guy, Collin or not.” Colton stared out the window, wondering if he could really face them again, together like they were. “I’ll get over it I guess,” he turned to look at Autumn driving. “What about you? What’s been going on in your world?”
Autumn nodded in agreement to his weird statement “Oh i know, Its taking me a bit to get used to it so ive learned to just hang out with them away from the other” she said with a shrug as she caught his eye she looked over thinking what she was up to lately “Just hanging out with family, working on school, running a lot. Gotta get in shape for soccer you know” She said chuckling lightly glancing at him “Nothing exciting as usual ” She promised him

Living alone with his Grandmother sometimes made Colton go crazy, not having any kids his age in the house or even any at all. As he got ready, times flashed back to when he had fun with his brother, and his usual depression swept over him. Slipping a shirt on over his muscled body was something that Colton wasn’t paying any attention to now; it was like he was in another world. His Grandmother telling him that someone was at the door caught his attention and made him erase the previous thoughts. Grabbing his towel, Colton jogged down the stairs, alerting his Grandmother who he was going with and where they were going. After giving her a kiss on the cheek, he opened the door and saw Autumn. “Hey,” he reached down to give her a hug. “Long time no see,” he said as he pulled away and shut the door behind him.
As autumn saw colton she gave him a warm grin “Yeah! But Now we’re going to change it” She said with a simple nodd as the two walked down towards her truck “Catch me up Calhoun, Tell me whats been going on in your life. I miss our little work out sessions” She said chuckling lightly looking over at him before hopping in the drivers seat starting her truck relaxing in the seat before she started to drive towards the busy beach. She saw the cross hanging from her rearview mirror and smiled to herself remembering that the simple cross belonged to her brother.

Autumn listened to the sound of her parents down below her room letting out a soft sigh, she was ready to get out of the house and do something for once with someone she enjoyed being around, Colton. Autumn and Colton had been friends for a long time and had drifted a bit which was another reason why Autumn was so excited to spend time with him again. Pushing her hair back in a loose bun followed by changing into the black bikini that she owned covering her body with it slipping on white shorts and a yellow tank top covering the black. She grabbed her purse slipping her phone into it before her lanyard with her keys and a few key chains on it hopping down the stairs ” Dad Mom, I’m out of here” She said to them slipping on flip flops before going out the door to her car hopping in the truck seat and driving down towards Coltons house. they had decided it was easier to car poor rather than the two drive in separate cars. Driving into the drive way of the house she knew to be Coltons she hopped out in a happy manner she had a little bit of a skip in her step as she walked up to Coltons door knocking lightly as she hummed softly to herself waiting for the tall brunette
